No. Sewer scope and pool & spa inspection are separately arranged services with their own scope and fee. Roof drone inspection is also offered as a separate service.

Some systems cannot be evaluated without utilities. Tell us before the appointment. We do not turn on shut-down or unsafe systems; incomplete evaluations are documented.

We can discuss an inspection of accessible components associated with the unit. Shared systems and association-maintained areas require clarification in the agreement; request the HOA’s relevant maintenance information separately.
